What to Wear Over 40–Casual Friday or Casual Work Clothes

The scene:  Casual Friday at the office or, any day that might find you sitting on the floor with kindergartners, etc.

The look:  Create an urban safari look with Banana Republic taupe cargoes, J. Crew t-shirt and Splendid draped cardigan. Accessories are what makes the look: fill up the neck with a Novica necklace that pops against the neutrals, keep the earrings simple (Ralph Lauren), add a rugged RL belt and sassy Burberry wedges.
